I found this Merchant Provider and was impressed by a few customer reviews that were posted. I called them and after speaking to a seemingly nice fellow named Ray Masters, I was told that they could reduce my rates and that unlike other companies, I would not be locked into a 3 to 5 year deal. I thought, WOW, this is great and I immediately took steps to switch from my current merchant provider POS West who was charging me much higher rates and who had refused to lower them to any significant degree, even though we had never had a charge-back and had an impeccable credit history. I was personally assured by Ray Masters that his company, Cilia Payment Solutions could and would provide a much higher level of customer service and with lower rates. What I didn't know is at the same I was talking to Ray Masters, he was secretly in negotiations to sell out to the same company I was trying to get away from, POS West Ltd. To make a long story short, the sell-out went through less than 1 month after I signed on to Cilia Payment Solutions. And now with the contract I signed, POS West, the new owners can now jack up all the rates of all the people like me who signed a same contract, by only giving them 30 days notice.

BEWARE, I strongly feel that this was a set up from the beginning to generate a whole bunch of low rate low time-limit contracts and then sell them all to POS West Ltd., so they could then jack up the rates and reel in a huge pile of money. Needless to say, I am now looking for another Merchant Services provider that not only has low rates but is willing to lock those rates in.

I checked out Zomaron on Complaints Board and found they are no different. (See /link removed/ )
Now I know why Christ was so mad at the "money changers" and why they executed him.

I been with pos west for 2 year and 10 month. I have 12 accounts with them. My business was sold end of 2012. I called the office ask if there is any penalties if I cancel 2 month ealier than my contract. They send me an email to say no. In January they charged me $500 x 12 for 2 month early cancellation. Total of $6, 000. When I confronted them, they blames everything on global payment. Denied they have anything to do with it. It is after I talked to global payment, pos finally accepted responsibility. But still refuse to issue a refund.
This company is a total scam. They lie to the customers, offers extreme slow service. higher rates than any of their competitor. I don't know how they stay in business.

1, RATES are high
2, They won't negotiate with their customer
3. Terms length is very long, 3+1, 5+1
it's like either 4 years or 6
4. They charged very very high cancellation fee. and I mean it's not like $ one time $300 cancellation fee from Monaris. What they do is to calculate your contract time remain * potential monthly income they collect before and + $500... it could end up like thousandsssss... Even your company is closed, they still collect this amount.
5. Look at the contract at least 5 times and ask them to fill up the terms that should protect us. Most terms they wrote down only protects them. nothing is for customer.
6. compare with the bank-own debit process company. because they will have your every credit process transfer to those big companies so why do you have to pay them to do so

They took the money from accounts without any noticed. $38xx.xx even i didn't signed cancelation form. POS West did self cancel...

I have really bad experienced with this company too, They took over the previous company I signed with.
They charge ridicules amount for the cancellation fee.
And they took out the money from your bank without notice you.
They just want money, they don't negotiate.
Anyone whom signed up with small firm, ask them to add a term to terminate the contract if they sold their company. It is to protect you in-case they sold to POS WEST Ltd.
