Cielo AzulFraud - misrepresentation

L

These guys are trying to raise money. The company doing the valuation, B.H. Capital is owned by George Lovato Jr. who is a principle in Cielo Azul. Cielo Azul's CEO use to sell audio books by phone for one of Lovato's failed public companies - he had two of them and both went broke. He is a con man full of mis-representation and non-disclosures. References are friends and business associates.
Lovato is a nurse who claims to be an investment banker. The guy has a rolodex and is good at talking and writing business plans that are fictional. Be afraid of these con men.

    lj57,
You are the fraud. You squandered your business and once Mr. Lovato saw your statement he refused to lend you money because he knew there was no saving you. So what do you do? You run around bashing him and blaming him for your business failing every chance you get.

He has actually had over twenty public companies and you bring up two that failed once he sold them. Maybe better advice would be to do business with him but if you see him selling then you should sell as well.

I myself am in it for the long run. I have reserved my space at Cielo Azul and hope to retire then once my kids get sick of taking care of me.
