Three weeks ago I made an appointment for my 2020 Ram 1500 BigHorn, to be look at because it would not start properly. Sometimes it wouldn't start unless I rub the key fob against the push button starter. Since the truck was starting ok when I dropped it off at Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram of Princeton they informed me they couldn't find anything wrong. Well last week on [protected] the truck would not start at all, what ever quick fix I tried to no avail would the truck start. So I had the truck towed back to Chrysler, Dodge Jeep Ram of Princeton. I also made an appointment for the next available spot which was on 10/3/2022 at 8:30 am. On 10/4/2022 8:24am, I received a text from the service dept stating "we brought truck in yesterday and we began looking at it, as soon as we have a diagnosis I will let you know". Then at 4:01 pm I received another text from service dept stating "My shop Foreman looked at the vehicle initial thought is that the vehicle may need a new starter he is going to run so more test to verify. I will contact you when we have a sure diagnosis". I also informed them that the radio would turn off and on sometimes when I hit a bump in the road and I also noticed that the battery indicator on the dash was showing a low charge. On 10/6/2022 I went into the this dealership because I felt like I was getting the run around when I would call them on the phone. When I got there I noticed my truck was still sitting in the same spot the tow truck left it and looking at the ground because it rained 3 days this week the truck hasn't been moved.

Now I know it doesn't take 3 and 4 days to figure out if a new starter is needed, so when I stated this to the service rep at the desk he continued with were still running diagnosis on the truck, that's when I stated my truck hasn't moved from where its park on your lot since Friday 9/30/22. He then said his Foreman look at it in the parking lot, at this point I am not believing anything he's saying because in his text he said they brought the truck in and looked at it where now he's saying they looked at it in the parking lot. What I truly believe is they are sitting on my truck because its under warranty and they will get to it when ever. When I made the appointment for 10/3/22 they should of told me something, like were backed up right now and can't get to it right now. instead they keep leading me on like their doing test and their not doing anything and my truck is sitting there which is causing me a great hardship. They keep saying were going to get to it tomorrow and let me know something but this is just a bunch of lies. One time before I had to take this truck into another dealership for rear suspension problems which they said the part was on back order, the truck sat on their lot for 4 months and three weeks. I had to have a friend of mine that new the owner of this dealership call him and mysteriously my truck was ready the next day. I do not want to go down this road again nor should I. I made the appointment both times my truck went to this dealership and all I have received is lies on top of lies. It doesn't take a week to figure out if the starter is bad, I know this. and then feeding me these stories of were running diagnosis on my vehicle when its still sitting in the same spot the tow truck left it is just unacceptable. what do I have to do to get service the way it should be (identifying problem, order parts and fixing problem). I mean seriously I would of rather taken the truck else where and gotten it fixed but its under warranty, and I know if you have a paying customer their going to push my truck back because its under warranty so well get to it when ever. This is unacceptable and please inform me what can be done before this fix turns into another 5 months of my truck just sitting there on their lot. next their going to tell me, oh sorry the parts are on back order!

Desired outcome: Fix my truck!!!
