We took our vehicle in because A/C was not working to "Christian Brothers Automotive in Broomfield (Zuni & 128 Ave)" to get it fixed. I needed my spark plugs changed out too in 9/15/2020. They offered to do other checks and I declined the services. I ONLY needed A/C and spark plugs. They said A/C was on the low side and changed out parts for A/C and other applicable costs to resolve the A/C issue. The total bill was $1,361.25, which we paid including the spark plug change and service.

A week later the A/C was still not working as intended and we took it back. They had it for two whole days and said they can't find anything wrong with it and filled charges for the A/C and released it to us. They did nothing and still charged us.

We did not turn on the ACV until two weeks after due to the autumn weather and only then did we realize that it was not fixed from the first time we returned it. We called again and manager (Nate) said to take back for them to look at it (for a third time), thus we dropped if off on October 11th, 2022. After they inspected it, They said it was a leak and wanted to charge us over $500 to repair it. I declined and went to pick up the car. I questioned him as to why it wasn't originally diagnosed when I specifically said A/C was not working. He said that's not the way they diagnosis the car. I asked why did they tell me to accept the repair for changing out schrader valves then. If Christian Brothers can't CORRECTLY diagnosis the A/C in the first place and resolve it. How am I to keep trusting them on fixing it when I've already paid $515.78 plus the $791.44; which I'm not disputing only the $515.78 for A/C services. I asked to talk with the owner the day I picked it up. He (Nate) claim that owner wasn't in until following week. I called other Christian Brothers branch and they responded back to me. They asked for my information to leave with the owner (Vic) because it's not in their customary to give out Vic's phone to me. Never got a response and still NO RESPONSE for a whole week. My wife called on 10/19/2022, and talked with their receiptionist Amber. She said Vic wasn't in but Friday, 10/21/2022 we should hear from Vic. Still nothing from the owner. Either she never passed the information or lied to us as Nate did to me when I picked up the vehicle the third time.

Desired outcome: As the A/C was never FIXED as we originally took the vehicle in, I would like a refund ($515.78), they can keep the $791.44 for the spark-plug change and service.
