My name is Christian Timothy O'Dwyer and I love scamming people, or Chris Timothy for short.
On 27th November, 2018, I started my second half of scamming journey. I debuted with Chris Timothy Digital Ltd in Flat 14, Lattice House, 20 Alie Street, London, London, England, E1 8GZ. Yeah, I know I have been selling "my skills and experience" as years long... hard worked... 13 something years of experience... except. Well. I actually can't do [censored]. I barely can build a site by myself. I use the [censored]tiest hosting services available, updating and securing my client sites? Meh... who needs that.
I sell services that I cannot complete nor have any idea of how to execute properly. I hire 2 developers, get an top floor office downtown Copenhagen with $3-4k in my bank, ohh, but well [censored] em and the clients and uma workspace - I went to Miami beach... bragged about my condo for two weeks, came back broke and astounded - wow... my devs actually got me. Wow... yet I make up excuses to why I have problems sending the payment, I say that bank messed up, then the tax authorities don't know their [censored], then the office space owners are idiots and just you know, can see the $8000 I have clearly payed in rent (I never did that)
Another $600 to an elderly retired american lady trying to run her flower plantation... yeah. I don't give a [censored], have no morals, I steal from old people and don't give a [censored].
I own my employees another $5000 for the work they did.
Ohh, but sure, I am not going pay that [censored] - I'm cool, I think I can go around the world and just scam and lie to everybody I meet just to get some cash and feel good about myself. Why? Because I have nothing else to offer to this world...
Well then there is me, the developer who is yet to pay a single penny and has been actively ignored for a month or so now.
I thought. As this kid Christian Timothy O'Dwyer is only 20 years old, contacting his family might held. Well [censored].. no.. they are on his team - sure, he is your son, but actively ignoring me won't help neither him or you.
As I have exerted all my "good guy" tries and contacted his whole family with no luck, I might as well just warn people of the interwebs about this piece of [censored].

Half a year has passed, Christian has moved to new grounds on scamming people and not delivering to customers.

Nothing has changed and seemingly Chris has learned nothing - constant lies, excuses and flat out ignoring is still an issue both customers and employees come by every single day.

It's sad to say, but I too was scammed by Chris Timothy.
My company hired him to help us with facebook ads. We found him on UpWork. He gave a great pitch, seemed to have decent credentials and flaunted a large, well trained a team - so we went with him.
Our biggest mistake? He convinced us to pay him OFF of the Upwork escrow platform.
Truth be told in the first two months - he did the work! And didn't do a bad job. He brought in leads, created good email funnels on convertkit, and tracked everything and reported to us. I kept a close eye at first, but grew comfortable as time went on. He's a hell of a saleman and a great talker (I should have freaking seen it coming!)
But in month three - directly after we paid his new $1, 000 a month retainer - he completely disappeared. I messaged him on facebook, whatsapp, skype as well as countless emails... he's gone.
Overall we spent $6, 000 USD on his services and ad spend, and while it wasn't a total loss (he did bring in some quality leads for us) at the end of the day he abandoned the project directly after we paid a new month's retainer and never responded to us. Overall we value our loss at $3500.
Do not ever work with this Chris Timothy, be sure to do your due diligence before working with anyone, and always stick to an escrow platform when possible. We learned a valuable lesson.
