They often use fake liens, altered documents, and fraudulent notary stamps to cloud property titles, forcing homeowners into difficult legal situations. They also change business names frequently to avoid being caught, as seen through their involvement in numerous newly registered companies.
Many victims in Florida have reported unfinished construction work, fake real estate deals, and fraudulent liens placed on their homes. I strongly urge others to avoid any business dealings with Chris and Kristal Baird, as they are experienced in using legal loopholes to take advantage of people. They must be held accountable for their actions before more people in Florida are scammed.

My experience with Chris and Kristal Baird has been nothing short of a nightmare. I hired them for a renovation project, thinking they were reputable based on their website and initial meetings. They took my deposit and started the work, but within weeks, it was clear that they had no intention of completing the project. They left my home in shambles and stopped responding to my calls and messages. After some digging, I found out that they had multiple business names and a history of scamming others in Florida. A friend of mine lost a significant amount of money to them last year. They changed their business name multiple times to evade detection. It’s a shame how Chris Baird can keep scamming people like this!
