Buyer Beware of Marc Vachon's clothing line Chords Los Angeles.

I was friendly with Marc Vachon in the 80's. I wanted to support his business and bought a purse and hoodie. I paid via PayPal December 8, 2015. It is now December 4, 2016. 4 days short of a year and I have not received the items I paid for. When I wrote him he said he was really busy but he will ship this week. This went on and on and on. He kept making excuses. Finally I got so frustrated I posted something about this on FB and it ends up he has done the same thing to many people. And for some they had much more invested than I have.
He basically takes your money and then you are left in the cold. And I thought he was a friend. Even worse.
I have discovered there are many other complaints against this business. Here are a few.

I would warn anyone considering buying from him that it would be a mistake. I would not want anyone else to go through what I have.
I ordered 3 ordinary t-shirts last April 2016, which he promised would ship in time for me to wear to the Guns N Roses show in Vegas. 6 concerts later and almost a year, I still have no received anything but the run-around from him and his company! These shirts are showing online as available so there's NO excuse! I've been patient and kind and understanding but no more. They are the ultimate in con artists and are snakes by constantly splashing Slash and Duff's names around for advertising purposes. I blasted them on IG and Twitter to which I received an email demanding I take my posts down and THEN they would send me a refund. I refused, citing that they return my money FIRST, or else I continue. I am looking in to starting a class action lawsuit if I can find enough people interested.
