Complaint on a company not executing online order. Complaint against ChinaGrabber.com regarding “software purchase”.

I found the company online with the website www.chinagrabber.com and ordered a product and paid from my credit card on July 04, 2011. Asked them to confirm my order and send the product. But still no reply to my request.

Later on, I’ve decided to research on this company and found no country specified, no address, no telephone and no fax numbers on their website.
If you search this website opinion, you will see many bad feedbacks on this company or something about unclear organization.

Can you please help me to sort out this problem. I just guess this company is in China according to the name of their website.

Three months ago I ordered software from chinagrabber.com. To date I have not received my items. My credit card was charged, but I never received the items I paid for!

I went back to the website, looking for some contact information, but there is none to be found. I have researched and searched every listing I can think of to find this company and ask about my order, but I am having no luck in finding any contact information – no phone or fax numbers, no email, nothing. There is nothing that specifies a country from this company either. It’s like it doesn’t exist.

I don’t know what else to do. Has anyone else ordered something from chinagrabbers.com? Have you had any issues with them not sending your order but still charging your credit card?

The only thing I can find about this company is bad reviews and some every unclear organization information. I can only guess that the company is somewhere in China, based on the name of the website, but even that is a poor guess.

From I the trouble I am having with this company, I am guessing that I will not be receiving a refund or my product, so the best I can do is to warn other online shoppers- beware!

After two successful orders from them, they have turn to SCAMMER over night. It is over four weeks now that I send $840 to order for 5 of their cellphone wrist watches and I have not receive any thing from them. I have sent quite a number of mails to them and one of their staff by name Thomas, they have stopped replying to all my mails and never return my calls. BEWARE OF THIS SCAMMERS and Jimmy should do something about this scammer.

I ordered Novo 7 tablet, took almost 3 months to get, then when it arrived it was internally damaged, had to spend $30 to return registered mail, only to have them not accept delivery, paypal is disputing, I totally agree with the above complaints. They have on their website now that the Novo 7 Aurora tablets are having issues then why didn't they contact me and tell me, I would of cancelled. I believe they are crooks, and thank God for paypal.

I just attempted to purchase an Ainol Novo 7 Aurora Apad; they sent a cheap Paladin model. That is a $79.00 Apad instead of the $183.00 Aurora I ordered. We will see what Paypal can do

I bought a telephone -mouse from Chinagrabber but when it arrived it was missing the CD with the drivers (making it inoperable).
I have a couple of emails from them over the last 3 months saying they will send the CD, but no actual CD.
