Me and my family decided to go to Chiles for the first time in awhile and boy was it some bad really bad service.. A waiter who will not be named gave us the worst attitude of our dining experience in our whole life we weren't sure if he was training or not but WOW! and the wait time for the food was ridiculous. At first we were greeted by the friendly joyus employees at the front of the restaurant at 8:20 (not exactly but was 8) we got seated and got our drinks from said waiter then a couple of minutes (20 or so) go by we're wondering where our waiter went.. then he comes back and takes our order (ok maybe he got busy no biggie). Mind you it's not near closing time which was 10:00pm but for some reason he started acting like we came in at the last second and ruined his whole night which in turn started affecting how we were treated (we don't know if he was training) but anyways we order our food and can I just say I have never waited so long for food to come out.. My order comes out at around 9:10 before any appetizers or even before anyone else's food (3 orders excluding mine) and we finished some of our drinks at first due to the long wait (spoiler alert we never got refills not ONCE) Finally around 9:30 we got the rest of our food with some things we asked for not being present with the orders so we ask the waiter "excuse me we order so and so" the response he gave was not what we expected.. He responds "Ok...?" Like saying it wasn't his problem and to just eat and shut up. The mash potatoes were stale and looked like they were sitting out all day from morning shift, the loaded potato tasted like it was sitting to be served for a while. Again one of the orders were wrong so we explain to the waiter what was wrong, his reposne was saying "are you f*king kidding" I was the closest one by him so I heard him say that under his breath, I was caught off guard by such a response. He started getting passive aggressive for no reason other than doing his job he was hired to do. He then rolls his eyes and proceeds to hide for awhile and then comes back as if everything didn't happen (probably for a tip) which I did not leave because why would I pay $78.81 and a tip for such behavior And treatment? We paid and left and for sure not going back to that place.

There's more but I cant remember due to the only things I can remember as they ticked me off the most.

Desired outcome: Refund or an apology/explanation at that time for why we were treated so poorly
