I have been a subscriber to the Chicago tribune for 2+ years. For the last 4 weeks I have not received my Wednesday edition. I have called customer service numerous times and always receive the response of “ we will take care of it, you are a valued customer, and we will make sure the manager is aware of this.” This is the second time I have reached out to the BBB. The first time the issue was resolved for a week or two. Then back to missed Wednesday paper. Thank you for any help you can provide.
