It took a month to receive the items I purchased, and my husband spent a lot of time trying to track down the package. When it finally arrived, they had sent one jersey in the wrong size, and I had to send a screen shot of my order and the jersey because they insisted they sent the correct item. The sweatshirt was marked one size, but obviously much smaller. They told me it would be very expensive to return (I had already been charged $20 for shipping fee, $3 for a tax fee, $9 for an insurance fee, and $6.96 for a payment fee). Unfortunately, I read reviews after I had an issue and apparently this company has ripped off many customers. I had trouble finding a positive review and after reading what others went through, I have decided not to return any item for an exchange for fear of them not replacing the items, but keeping my money. One review mentioned that Visa has banned this company, which then explained why my visa payment had to go through paypal. I realize we live and learn, and I will never do business with this company again, but I wanted a "Buyer Beware" warning for future customers.
