I recently signed my lease with Chase Arbor apartments (APR.02.2025). I was not permitted to see my actual unit (212). This unit that I am leased into is not was shown or advertised to me. It has multiple issue, sewage, cracks in walls and ceiling, and an electrical issue with the patio light switches. I have submitted a request to be released from the lease and refunded my money.

Desired outcome: Refunded all my initial move-in fees (deposit, admin, gym fee and rent) and released from the lease
