I ordered a advent set for children. It took 3 weeks to arrive. Company claimed it was US based but the product came from China too late for Advent. It smelled of chemicals (which I can't give a child to play with), the back is supposed to have cutouts for the child to take each days nativity item out of but the cut outs are just lines that a parent would have to cut themselves with a knife. It was cheap looking and not something I would ever purchase again. I have asked for a refund several times and always received an email without a label telling me how much it would cost to send it back. The shipping amount was not the same on the emails. I paid $29.99 plus $5.99 shipping. I ordered it on Nov. 12, 2022 and didn't receive it until approx Dec. 10, 2022. Below is their product listing (which you can't smell but it reeks!) I have added my pics of the box. I wanted a full refund. something like 10 emails sent to them.

After my package was “delivered” a month later, I fought with, and was given the runaround by their “customer service” for weeks. I was promised if I followed certain steps, that I’d be given a refund or a replacement would be ordered. After jumping through their specific hoops, I was then told they wouldn’t do anything to help and continued to treat me as a number and not a customer. This was a Christmas gift for a family member, and the company didn’t show one ounce of empathy, only hiding behind their emails and lies. After leaving bad reviews on their Facebook page, they then blocked me so I couldn’t warn people of their scam, or at the very least, warned them of what they could be up against in case someone didn’t want to risk the heartache and money being stolen from them. What was even worse is I was told I would be given money off my next purchase on one of my Facebook posts, as if they were rubbing it in that they wouldn’t offer me any of my money back on a legitimate issue, but then would if I wasted more money on them. This isn’t worth it. Don’t buy from them.

Talk to your credit card company. I was refunded through them. The items I had ordered were JUNK and they store the photos off of Etsy. That company is a complete rip off and they will continue to give you the run around. There was NO WAY I was jumping through the BS hoops to get a refund from them. They kept offering me 10%, 20%, NOTHING percent, etc. I "noped" out and went to my bank with all of the emails back and forth and photos. I got my refund from my bank.

I got the same runaround from ParKeat at CharmHuts. Horrible customer service. They refused to send the pre-paid return label. The items I ordered were supposed to be "handmade stain glass cat cutouts". They were cheap, plastic manufactured, not handmade anything. They were junk and the response from their customer service was a joke. Here's one of the 25 emails that I received. They refused to refund, so I went to my bank and CharmHuts is on a list of SCAM companies. Buyer Beware! Don't waste your money with this company. They are nothing but a scam. They stole the photos from an Etsy Seller. They items I received were complete JUNK!
