On 08/30/2022 we purchased 3 Refurbished Global SMR Cabinets from Simon Cortes at CeviMed located in Orange City Florida. Invoice # 18404

We paid in full $6,985.00 for these three items and we told that they would be shipped from Florida on Monday September 19th and we would receive them in Youngstown Ohio on Thursday September 22nd or Friday September 23rd at the latest.

I was also told on the day they leave Florida I would be notified via email and text message the tracking information. When did not receive the email or text message I contacted the company and started to leave voice mail messages on a daily basis with no one returning my phone calls. I finally did speak to someone at the end of September I think September 30th and was told that they had some issues with their delivery truck and it was set to ship again on October 17th with a new arrival date of October 20th or 21st.

I again never received shipping information and left several messages again daily inquire regarding our items.

I finally again spoke to Simon Cortes who told me the items never left because Florida was schedule for a Hurricane, but that was a lie because I was set to receive the items well before the Hurricane even originated.

I was then told again that the items were leaving Florida on Monday October 31st. I did after several phone calls receive a text message with tracking information and I was told me would have the items by Friday November 4th.

The tracking did show they were in Pennsylvania, then headed to New York then was stuck in New York for well over a week then went on to Connecticut then New Jersey, I continue to call the company for updates and was told that they had "issues" in New York and were delayed, but I should again have my items on a new scheduled date of November 18th. On November 15th my tracking link expired so I was not able to follow along I reached out to the company again several times and someone did finally call me back and say they were in Scranton Pennsylvania and we should be getting our items on Friday November 18h, on Thursday November 17th I received a phone call to let me know that their delivery truck was pulled over at that their driver did not have a CDL to be driving the truck so the truck was grounded. I was told I would be provided an update on what they were going to do to get my items to me

I have received no information to date and I every time I call the company no one is answering the phone calls or returning the voice mail message. I have also sent them an email notifying them that I was filing a formal complaint with the Better Business Bureau and would seek legal action if necessary to get a refund.
