Centurytel High Speed DSL review: DSL Service never works it is worse then dial up 1

DSL has not worked for over 9 months.
Service techs keep replacing modems been through 10 now, replaced phone box outside, replaced line from house to pole, line in house new,
all filters in house new, There phone lines run on top of poles have not been replaced or repair for over 60 years, They are old wore out from major storms over years regular phone lines. Not Fiber optic phone lines, They know the lines need replaced and they also know the DSL never works I call every other day they send out a tech the tech replaces the modem yet they refuse to fix the lines. the DSL still does not work and the lines coming into the house are the problem . They have the worst service available . if I could get a different service I would jump at it, and never look back.
but seems CenturyTel owns the lines in this small part of the world 2 miles from me they have excellent service but not me I have service slower then dial up that disconnects worse them any dial up I ever seen.
