Hello, My mother and I moved into 1512 Soles St, McKeesport, PA 15132 only to buy not to rent however we have been bamboozled by one of the false fraudulent realtor Kelly Pirl, who directed us to her personal friend Mustapha Diop, who claimed to have the title and deed to the property in which he in fact til this day does not have in his possession! I paid "hand money" of $500.00 which he is now attempting to claim as his due to nefarious reasons of his own, stating I did not pay for the security system in this home, I lied about my financial income, and was late on rent. However, he is only making these claims after I paid him the total amount of $1200.00. In which was only withheld due to his negligence and not producing any proper paperwork of the deed in which he is not on.

I was coerced into providing the Hand money, paying for an appraisal, and pest inspection, for a home that the seller does not have a deed to. We were misled and promised that it would only take 30 days for a deed so that we could continue on with the closing on this house. that 30 days then turned into 60 days, 60 days turned into 6 months. So now This realtor Kelly Pirl has been working alongside the seller, she's very nasty and rude to me on the phone today and hung up on me. This was after she told me that she doesn't want to be in the middle of this situation, when she is the sole reason why we are in this situation. I was told to vacate immediately and that I would be taken to court. I have paid a total amount of $7,200 in rent for a home I can't buy which was the whole reason for me moving here.
This situation should be fully investigated and all fraud exposed. We will be moving forward with a lawsuit ! Please advise all loan officers, coordinators, consultants, real estate agents, real estate companies, appraisers ect.
This is now the second time we have been abused and defrauded while trying to obtain a home. The first incident involved negligence by the VA as well. We went through the entire process of paperwork submission, payments, pest inspections, appraisals, stolen hand money, and the absence of the Certificate of Eligibility that None of the coordinators coordinated properly.

I am requesting the sum of the appraisal I paid $625.00 to be returned immediately , because this home couldn't have passed inspection with the conditions of this backyard patio underneath the deck of this house being unfinished and having safety hazards to the disabled veteran. This past week we were told by Kelly Pirl and Aaron Brooks that we needed to reach out to him ASAP. My mother had to resubmit all the paperwork that was already submitted 6 months ago. She was berratted and shamed because of a credit report that has been pulled many times since 2024, Told she could not acquire the home due to her low credit score. Kelly said we could close next week if we paid the rest of the rent by Friday in which I have All Texts and emails of such discussions. Only to be called today on Friday with Kelly saying she has bad news and that we need to vacate the premises immediately. Kelly Pirl has said in emails just as of a couple of days ago explaining how she is the liaison between ALL parties and her job is to aid US in the home buying experience and it has been nothing but Hell! She has only had the seller's best interest in mind throughout this whole entire process. I DID NOT seek Mr. Diop out personally. We have only been introduced to him through Kelly Pirl. A representative of Century 21 Fairways who holds my deposit to a home we cannot purchase. There has been intentionally misleading and intrusive negativity,Fraud, Deceitful MisConduct, third party lies, obtaining of a condemned property, illegal eviction, harassment, unaccepted accountability, missing paperwork, false statements, false promises of closing on a home, intent to deceive, corecission, false advertisement, unlawful contractual agreements, improper leasing agreements, forging of documents, pressure to make payments so seller can pay his taxes, invasion of credit history, inflicted abuse and pain and suffering to the very veteran who served this country!
I will forward any and all correspondence, pictures, texts and receipts required for the investigation to be conducted immediately. And all payments that have been made for appraisals required by the VA along with any hand money being held by a third party, are requested to be returned to Daquela Donald and Desiree Dyer.
