Central Coast Nutraceuticals Sent unordered goods and unauthorized charges

I ordered a bottle of green tea capsules. it was $1.00 free trial + $4.95 shipping/handling, but they send me two packages with 3 times chargers to my account, first was $ 5.95, second on 08/12/2008 =$ 38.95 then third on 08/27/2008= $44.90. I never order all of this extras and also this company charged my credit card with unauthorized charges on item i did not order. I've been trying to spoke with representative but never success. So please return my money back to my account $38.95 + $44.90 =$ 83.85
Note: the second package I returning via post on 09/22/2008, tracking #[protected]

Was charged for products I did not order. Hoodiburst Gum 9.95 and Hoodiawater 29.95. I will be returning all of your products and had better not be charged for restocking products I did not Order. You need to cancel all orders you may be thinking of sending me in the future. They will not be paid. I have canceled my credit card because of your dishonesty.

I WANT ALL ORDERS MAILED TO 205 ROUND STREET, TAUNTON, MA. 02780, AND 905 TURNPIKE STREET, CANTON, MA. 02021. I DID NOT ORDER ALL THESE PRODUCTS, HAVE CALLED MANY TIMES, STOP SENDING THEM, AND CHARGING ME. I HAVE BEEN SENT ABOUT 3 OR 4 PRODUCTS. NONE THAT I ORDERED. I AM HOPING YOU CAN TAKE CARE OF THIS SO I WILL NOT HAVE TO TAKE ANY FURTHER STEPS. THIS IS NOT A PROPER USE OF THE INTERNET AND VERY DISTURBING. I WILL EXPECT EXPECT AN E-MAIL BACK CONFIRMING RECEIPT.

I ordered a trial offer of acai pure from the above company for shipping cost only of $4.95.Instead I was charged $44.85 for two products I did not order on 9-26-08 and this amount came out of my debit acct. On 10-27-08 a charge of $39.95 was made on my debit card.I went to the bank and I was told the charge was for acai pure and the phone number is the same number as above.Well I canceled my debit card.At least I want have that unexpected charge again.I hope all of us that has filed a complaint will get some results.

I ordered a free bottle of Acia Pure. When the package arrived ther were also two other items which I had not ordered . For these two items I have been charged 41.85 including 1.95 for shipping. For sending these back I am to be charged a 15 % restocking fee. In order to return them, I need to obtain a Delivery Merchandise Authorization number from Customer Care, whom I have been unable to reach by phone [protected]) or through e-Mail at support@cantralcoastnutra.net.

I HAVE TRIED TO CANCEL MY ORDER WITH THEM AND HAVE HAD NO LUCK. I DON'T KNOW WHAT ELSE TO DO THEY KEEP CHARGING MY ACCOUNT AND I KEEP RETURNING OR CALLING, WHEN CALLING THEY HAVE YOU ON HOLD SO LONG THAT YOU CAN'T GET THROUGH TO THEM. I HOPE THIS WILL HELP.

Same complaint as others listed, Ordered a free sample of AcaiPure to try. Got (2) other products with it that was supposedly checked on the sample page that I was not aware of when ordering. So I got all 3 and a $41.85 chg. Can't get anyone to answer the phone number for support, Big Rip Off. I wonder if Orah W. Knows this is going on, she endorsed this product on her show I believe.

I've ordered only Acai Pure -free trial offer. Suppose to be charged for shipping. They sent Hoodiburst gum and Hoodiwater which was not ordered and charged $39.90 for them. The web site cannot be reached for returns and phones have 50 minute wait time. I am calling my credit card co. to stop payment and returning everything if i can ever get areturn authorization.

I ordered the free trial offer of Pomclear for 4.95 shipping and handling only, I was charged 39.95 on Oct.21 and have now been charged another 39.95 on Nov 17th, even though I called and demanded a refund for the first charge.You people are the definition of crook.I have tried to call but got off work too late, you can bet that I will be on the phone to you as soon as I can.Susan Ryals

i was only going to try out the free trial and they sent gum which cost$9.95 and hoodiawater at $29.95 then shipping at$4.95 which was $44.85. i was only suppose to pay for the shipping. but instead they charged me for all the other that i did not order. do i have to get a new card because of people like this. i cannot afford this. i'm not working. i tried to call them but the waiting period was 54 min. so what do you do?

After taking this product for several weeks I ended up in the hospital for 4 day.This was the only thing new in my system. Dr. told me to not take anymore. This was probably not the reason, but Im not taking anymore. I called the customer service and cancelled any new orders as of 10/30/2008. It was put on a automated voice, never got to talk to a real person. I notifyed my credit card company to not pay any more money to this company.

Central Coast Nutraceuticals Fraudulent charges on my debit card

A charge was billed to my debit card of $38.95 from a company unknown to myself. No one has access to my actual debit card, and no one has access to my computer. I got the company info online and saw all the other complaints about fraudulent charges. I have tried to contact the 888 tele#, but it only goes to voicemail. No help.

I am filing a complaint against this company for charges unsolicited by myself.

order number 1518195. i have been holding on the phone for over an hour trying to get thru and get an RMA number to return merchandise back to the above company. this is ridiculous to be holding on this long . a recording comes on that there is a wait of 85 minutes. are you kidding me. i want an RMA number e-mailed to me for the above order as
there is no legitimate reason to be holding on so long. what do they have one person working the phones.
waiting to hear back.

I received the trial offer and then was billed on 10/9 for 39.99 and again on 10/24 for 29.99 and never received anything. Don't want the products.12

I ordered for Celebrity Smile Trial and when it arrived it spilled already and the paper that went with it was already wet and I was not even able to use it twice. There is nothing that came out with it anymore. I felt cheated with the shipping cost that goes with it.

I ordered a free trial "sample" but recieved a billing for a larger
quantity and a charge of $44.85. Any attempt to use the phone
Numbers provided required a hold time of 66 minutes or 77 minutes depending on which number called. Also, the return
policy is mind numbing and arcane .

Last week I filed a dispute with the credit card company.
Today I recieved the order in the mail, there was no indication
on the outside of the package asto its contents. A note inside
suggests that there is a penalty for returning the order and of course, I did not order this stuff.
Waiting for further developments.

i ordered a free sample only to pay shipping and handle at $4.95 i was sent other things and charged $44.85 . looking on the complaint page this is a normal practice for this company they should be ashamed of themselves this is wrong and you can not get though to the company by phone. i waited 1hr and 15 min for a person to pick up . i have called my creidt card and told them this charge was not excepted by me.

I ordered only the free bottleof Acai Pure and was to only pay for shipping and handling, I received a package from the above company 2 days ago and had 2 more items in the bags of which were charged to mycredit card. I am attempting to reach Central Coast in order to obtain a delivery confirmation and a RMA number from Customer Care. Please help me asap obtain these 2 numbers.

My visa was charged $39.95 on 10/27 by Central Coast Nutraceuticals, Inc. without my permission. No product was sent. They claimed it was the rest of the charge for an order they did not send. Then they charged my visa again on 11/12 for $44.90. This company is a scam, and this is downright fraud. They should not be allowed to charge my visa without my permission. I have already filed a charge with the Better Business Bureau in the region in Florida that covers this company.

I ordered a free trial of the Green Tea extract and was sent in addition, Hoodiburst Gum and Hoodiawater and was charged $45.85
for what should have only been $1.00 plus $4.95 s/h. When I try to call the customer service number, I am told my wait time was 2 minutes and 22 seconds. After 30 minutes of hearing the same looped music, no one answered. I called on a second line and was told that my wait time would be 45 minurtes and 12 seconds. I was calling to request a Return Merchandise Authorization number from customer care.

I ordered a sample of Green Tea - I have been billed for two full orders of which I did not order nor receive. They just keep billing and billing my card and are always too busy to answer my phone call. Something is seriously wrong here.

I order a trial order of ACAPURE Capsals and not only did I get it, but got some other thing called Hoodit which I never order. Upon trying the firts bottle, I automatically got a second one, which I did not order. I immediately returned it unopened to the address indicated and they billed me anyway. I now have a third order that I am again returning unopen and requesting refund. If these people don't get it straight that I DON"T WANT THE PRODUCT and quit billing me, I am going straight to the BBB and Consumer REPORTS. PLEASE STOP SENDING THIS STUFF AND BILLING ME! Lalana
