Centlec review: Centlec is robbing us 1

It was with disgust today when I purchased Escom Electricity for a friends business in Norvalspont and compared it to my purchase from Centlec for my business at Gariep Dam. Gariep Dam is in the Free State and Norvalspont is in the Northern Cape, 8 km away. My voucher valued at R100.00 buys be 96.0 kWh and I receive no free units. The first R100.00 voucher obtained for Norvalspont at the beginning of each month gets you 131.1 kWh PLUS 50.0 kWh FREE, in other words, a whopping 181.1 kWh!THAT IS ALMOST DOUBLE THE ELECTRICITY FOR YOUR MONEY. Someone, anyone, please explain this, I have the proof in front of me!Centlec is robbing us.

Wednesday 15 November reference 064810 about power off
Thursday November 16th Hourly dialed and every time they were told they were sending someone out
Friday, November 17, Informed at [protected] that it is the consumer's problem and we need to get an electrician and this while knowing that the power has been set off at pole outside our yard.
Friday 17 November See Mr. Casper Meintjies. He tells us that the matter has just been concluded without indicating whether it is resolved or that it refers to the consumer's problem. He undertakes to open a new case and send an email for clarification so that Centlec can get out.
Friday 17 November After many calls, Centlec returns to 5 in the afternoon and our power is restored, as mentioned by the poles as we mentioned before.
Saturday 18 November early morning See our private persons at the power unit at Kaya Beach across from us, in search of their claim that there is power on the fence and that people are shocked at the pool at Kaya Beach. We cooperate by eliminating our power in the house, which solves the problem. We continue to not turn on our power again, seeing that we have arranged for our electrician to come out.
18 November We had to deliver pigs in Ventersburg and while we were there the private guys apparently contacted Centlec, one Ron and funny how fast Centlec could go out for these guys. So I was not at home and wanted to have access to my home, which I would like to share, that I would like to be present as an owner.
18 November They jumped over the walls and are in my house without my presence. They apparently did inspection on the prepaid meter and were so pleased that they were still sealed, but claiming that the two circuit breakers at the bottom were not right and consequently my power was switched off.

I have been without power for 7 days now, Has lost all my meat and refrigerator products. The animals' medication must be kept in a refrigerator and I've lost all of it because it's no longer used, thousands of rands of medicine. My animals can not get water because I can not use the borehole. I got a report from the electrician to my place on Sunday, November 19th. This is the result of Centlec's negligence and I have to sit with the baked pears. If you send me an email address, I can add the report to you. I'm looking forward to my power plus I will claim a claim against Centlec for the damage I suffered. My lawyer:

Will also pass this story on to Volksblad o and so on, strange that the guy's people shocked across his pool, sure because we had cable in it.
