And I spend my time in NY to save others tourists and went to NYC Department of Consumer Affairs (42 Broadway). Its easy and the professionals could save our problem soon. Take just one hour and is near the bull (Wall Street). Lets stops this guys and arrest them to jail.

Go there with your billing statement and the company will refund you. Terrible guys.,
They are investingating this company and refund me. Go there and complaint about this guys.

I had the same problem in my last visit to NYC, my boyfriend and i wanted there to buy 2 iPhone 5 unlocked, and we had been charged in our credit card for 1100 more than we had paid on the store! this guys are the worst people. They cheat when you pay by card they charge you extra amounts that you never authorized! they are thieves, and swindlers!
I would like to know what had told you the consumer department, as we are currently having problems with the extra amount they charged and we do not know what to do!
