When I booked online, I chose the option of being able to cancel up to two days before the booking date. I am trying to cancel 24 days before the hotel date but have been told there will not be a refund. I called the hotel who said they were unable to cancel that it had to be cancelled with bookonline. Bookonline claims the hotel will not let me cancel with refund.

Desired outcome: Refund for a service that I will not be using.

I'm getting the same run-a-round These people are crooks! I booked a stay at the Ontario California "Extended Stay Suits.There was never anybody manning the front counter. The first room they gave me was dirty and had a bag of street drugs left on the counter. None of the amendies were in the room as promised. My Grandson and I got trapped in the elevator for 30 minutes. After being let out of the Elevators, they gave me another room, this room was filfty with diarrhea all over the toilet. I refused the room again, and the told me that was all they had to available but I could wait in the room until they get it cleaned properly. The room was never touch! The pool was not open. It wass an all round miserble and ugly stay. They lied out of their teeth and promised a 50% refund. Since Fathers Day 2022. I have not been able to get anyone to talk to me about the refund I was primised. I paid $580.08 for a terrible stay.
