I purchased pet quality peke faced Persian cat (CEW). Paid in full per contract. Even gave Pam gas money for travel as she asked me to "spring for gas" right before I traveled to receive kitten. It was understood in all verbal and writing exchanges, I was to get a registered CFA kitten. Kitten MUST be neutered to receive "blue slip" to register him to my name. I did just that and sent her a copy of vet report/bill.

Now...she "has never registered the litter"...and says "all other buyers don't even ask for it"...and so has evaded registering her litter and providing me with the blue slip. This is business fraud and breach of contract...and I want all to know how this "religious reborn" woman operates. She taints the very soul of Persian cat breeders and most importantly, I want the public to be aware of her deceptive trade practices. This will be legally pursued.

Actually no...see her own statement on scam report...also...here is a copy of her contract on her website...

6. This kitten is being sold as pet only and NOT for breeding. Purchaser agrees to neuter/spay kitten at his/her expense before the kitten reaches one year of age and guarantees this cat/kitten will not be used for breeding. Seller will hold registration papers until the Purchaser has provided proof of altering.

She eventually DID provide the blue slip after finally checking on her litter registration...she never ever did tell me what document of proof was needed, so I just emailed a copy of the vet report. Lack of communication from her prompted me to file this report. Do not understand why checking on the litter registration took weeks, as a breeder don't you register automatically all litters after birth? In any event, this is what I went through, my emails, my attempts at receiving communication to proceed.
I have bought 2 Persians from 2 separate breeders before, got the blue slip at purchase, and all went smoothly. I was recently advised by other breeders, to ALWAYS secure a blue slip at sale. If it is to be neutered, pet, the breeder has already checked off no breeding rights. Therefore any litter would not be registrable, which is the purpose. My intent was clear, via the vet and myself, to neuter. I wish her well, and love my little stubby-tailed fellow.

I am happy for you. But she has not sold silvers in years! She played games with me, I have the emails still, oh, and are you not the neighbor friend that helps her sell her cats under YOUR name Jennifer? When does it ever end...gotcha.

I am not the neighbor! I have a wonderful Silver and I shouldn't have to prove it but I can. I reside in NY! I got to know Pam on a personal level bc she is actually a great person and we stayed friendly through the years. That should speak volumes.I have a feeling your a person that gets annoyed and is not happy pretty quickly to work things out in the way you have just responded to my rebutal. Communication, patience and understanding is key.

I purchased a Sliver from her and she registered the cat and did comply with everything asked. She is actually a wonderful breeder and person. I think the above compliant is a miscommunication and it is also an assassination of character which is unfair. This is how she makes her living. I don't regret my decision one bit from the purchase of my cat from her!
