Request to refund deposit and training funds for cars taxi driver visa (Ajman)

Dear Sir/Madam,

I came to UAE for work and descided to work for cars taxi.

I went to Ajman cars taxi department for processing my driving visa.

They asked me to submit passport coppies and photo alongwith 6500 AED
for visa and training fees in advance.

I submitted the the necessary documents alongwith fees and waited for visa.

Meantime, i got heart attack and went to hospital for medical treatment.

I got very serious heart attack so my family asked me to come back.

I returned to pakistan as i was not well,

I sent my brother to cancel the visa process and request to release
the deposited amount.

Cars taxi managment asked to visit head office in dubai for deposit
money and he visited many time but there is no response.

Please find below all the details so cars taxi management can see my details.

Receipt Number: 2186 amount :2000 AED
Receipt Number: 2187 amount :4500 AED
Date of submit : 18-08-2009
Payment was made to Ajman cars taxi administration department and both
receipts were under named Mr.Muhammad Saeed. He is cuisin brother of
mine.

Please update me how can i receive my deposited money because i have
borrowed this money from my family member and i have to return him.

I will be very much thank for your necessary action on the issue.
