My husband & I (Alesia & Gregory Charter) were passengers on the Valor, when the unforeseen incident occurred on 2/16/22. I'm the "Alesia" the one that the body cameras of the security guards on 2/16/22. The 32 year old woman, whom was causing havoc with passengers & security most of the cruise, encountered me on that day! A month later I'm still having issues sleeping, focusing & processing the incident. My complaint is I have not heard from Carnival since I have been home. I was the last person, other than her husband to have contact with the woman that took her life! And no one has reached out to say How you doing? Nothing! My concern & additional complaint is that she should of been held in isolation or been asked to leave the ship prior days to the incident. She was causing havoc with passengers & security most of the cruise. I will be reaching out for legal counsel regarding Carnival's actions on the horrific day 2/16/22!
