Carmel Cachia review: Standing instructions on acc no 13803245017 and acc no. 13803245017

my instruction were given at the Imsida branch to settle the standing instruction on the above mentioned acc. The standing instructions nos. are as follows 30101S1251060506 and 30101S1251130501. I instructed the bank that if there is not enough cash in the saving acc. to use the credit account and vice versa. As the saving account was short of the requierd ammount I was charged an unprocessesd instruction fee. I was informed that there was only instruction to use the transfer of cash only from credit to savings. I want a remidy to go by my instructions and to adjust the unprocessed fee.
