I paid 15,500 USD for a Mercedes Benz car GLA 250 M car to Car from Japan LTD after they sent me an invoice. Once they received the payment they told me the car was not available anymore and that I should take an inferior car. I said I want a refund. They promised to send the refund immediately but have refused to do so. I would like to get my refund in full.
