Hello and thank for your interest and taking the time to read over this wonderful job opportunity that will not only help you gain lots of life experience but teach you a variety of skills in television and motion picture production and travel across the United States as well as abroad.
I need a personal assistant who is a positive, continuous learner, creative thinker (thinks outside the box), adaptable, dependable, decisive, comfortable taking initiative, and has a high EQ.
I have a television production company that is scheduled to have a health and wellness show go into pre-production this month which means I will need immediate assistance in the following areas:
A good researcher to follow up on any given topic.
    Excels in communication.
    Organized and can prioritize tasks.
Occasional note-taking, preparing and distributing briefing notes and scripts.
    Schedule meetings and interviews.
Collecting information from the guests to appear and send contracts.
Knowledgable in web-building or can learn quickly.
I have two websites that need immediate attention, one is basic and the other is moderately advanced. Both WordPress.
Must be skilled in Microsoft Office.
Additional knowledge in any Adobe Programs such as Photoshop or Premiere Pro is a big bonus.
I also have a fine art and print production business that works with artists from all over the world.
This also entails scheduling, sending agreements and contracts, and much of what is entailed above.
*Receiving commission from artists orders is a bonus opportunity if interested in sales.
We will be on the road and traveling a lot of the time and will be wanting a live-in assistant at some point. Living accommodations and amenities will be generous and comfortable and will be discussed in the interviewing process.
