First, my fiance, who(m) I love with all of my heart, soul, mind and body, is the greatest person I will ever hope to meet, and I'm honoured to share a deeply loving relationship, and to build a future with her. To say that she was in an abusive relationship, before we met, would be a HUGE understated.

Her ex-boyfriend coerced her into doing webcam shows on Cam4, and actually set up an account where she had accumulated around $1, 200 (USD), then changed the password, so he could keep all of the money for himself. Anyway, she had another account that he also had her open, so he could watch her doing cam shows, then later verbally abuse her, and gulti trip her for being a "[censored]", when the whole idea was his to begin with.

This all started when she lost her mother. She was devastated, lost, confused, and self-loathing. She had lost the only person in her life that really meant anything to her. All of this anxiety mounted, then she found out she had Non-Hodgkin's Lymphoma - which we mentioned to Cam4 employee Sophie.

We wanted to make a point of letting them that we wanted to make the resolution of retrieving her funds as stress-free as possible. Sophie did not care. Then, yesterday, Kim (Cam4 "management") made us painfuly aware that she also did not care.

And that their stance to not pay my fiance the $584.57 (USD) was still going to be 'set firmly in stone'. Eight+ months of chemotherapy treatments, severe chemical imbalance (if I didn't love her so much, I wouldn't be able to function, and she's worth every illogical outburst, mood swing, etc.), then, to date, two months of struggling with Cam4's incompetent staff (Kim and Sophie) raining on our parade.

I stepped in after I realized that my fiance wasn't strong, or coherent, enough to negotiate with two of the most indifferent, hostile customer service componenets anyone's ever had the poor judgment of hiring. People skills: 0. Customer sensitivity: 0. Determination to withhold funds rightfully earned: 100!

All we asked was for Cam4 to be fair about what they asked for, to verify my fiance's identity. Not once, through the two-month struggle to acquire my faince's funds did either Sophie (and since yesterday, Kim), question whether my fiance was the rightful (Cam4) account holder.

BUT(T) Sophie had asked us to submit a few things a few times, and it was never enough. Even when we'd go back to check the information she requested to submit after the 24-72-hour waiting period, other information would be missing, or removed, from Cam4's system.

Just recently, Kim demanded that my fiance (again!) log into her account, and broadcast to verify her identity, which Sophie had been demanding since September 6th of this year (2012), which we've been telling them over and over again, is impossible since her (internet) service provider has blocked Cam4 because it is a pornographic site.

BUT(T) Kim stated that "We also have people from --------- that use this site on a regular basis without any issue." Had she done her research, (Kim) would've found out that my fiance lives in a country that consist of over 5, 000 inhabited islands, and covers an area that's over 174, 000 square miles. And her particular (internet) service provider happens not to allow pornographic sites to be accessed.

This is just another example of how Sophie, Kim (etc.) have been stonewalling us for two months, very successfully withholding my fiance's "hard-earned" money. Kim should have focused on my finace's specific case. That's if she really wanted to be helpful. Which is obviously NOT the case.

Cam4's system is extremely glitchy, at best. We actually have screenshots, which we plan to submit as evidence that Cam4 has made an attempt (most likely, on countless occasions) to withhold performers' funds in an attempt to either accrue a(n) hefty interest and/or to tire performers out, waiting it out, and hoping that they tire of the constant setbacks, so they can keep the money.

At times, we've clicked on a page to check to see if our verification info has been processed, then we see that the info is "Approved". Then after refreshing the page, the information is "Incomplete". As of approximately 2 PM yesterday, the broadcast portion of my fiance's identification verification was approved, and has been this way, on and off, over the past two months.

Yet, yesterday, Kim stated that "A live broadcast must take place and if that cannot currently happen then the funds remain with the account until it does." I signed on as an additional performer on my fiance's account at least twice, uploaded my passport and driver's license, then broadcasted, hoping we'd arrived at a successful resolution to the problem. BUT(T) nope, the added performer info disappeared on at least the two occasions.

When my fiance had deactivated the email account that she opened the Cam4 account with, this was also an issue, according to Sophie. We even attached a screenshot of the message that read "This account was deleted and is no longer recoverable." She even gave them the password she used.

Did Sophie dispute the identity of the person providing this information? Nope. She just kept asking for other things, until she eventually just wouldn't respond to any of our messages, and left us hanging for about a month or so, never following up on the identity verification debacle that she helped create.

Here Kim expresses this less than eloquent "nanny nanny boo boo" to me: While we wish your fiancé well, the funds remain with the account until the requirements are met. We will not go back and forth with you as you are not the account holder, although this information has been given to her as well. My responding now is simply a matter of courtesy, as accounts are discussed with account holders only."

She probably should have passed this onto Sophie before she baited us into an electronic 'carrot-on-a-stick' joyride to nowhere, making us believe there'd be a light at the end of the tunnel. Nope. No light. Just more smoke and mirrors, and song and dance. More like "...we wish your fiance hell..."

Join us in boycotting Cam4, and Surecom Corporation, until they get their act together, and hire competent, honest support staff. We don't appreciate the stress, the hostility, the indifference, the unprofessionalism, the constant run-around. We need the $584.57, BUT(T) without the added BS.

I(Tuliprocks) was banned from cam4 because my exhusband/boyfriend made false accusations against me in which was not the case and already accused and dismissed.
I had 3, 996? tokens and i want to be either allowed to be refunded to his account or paid out to the bank i have already provided on cam4.
if cam4 looked closer at Playguitar account, on 11/6/18 @ 12-3, they will notice/see/and hear him covering his screen as he is on cam with a model, receiving a skype phone call, both leave the broadcast, and sending skype money. Instead of using cam4 as it was meant to, tokens, he is using it as a platform to get models to skype at a cheaper rate, as you can hear the skype money bell chiming as he is continuing to pay, not transferring money to cam4 mail or account or gift of any sort on cam4 but instead bypassing the middle man, which in this case, is cam4...
Also if you further look into violation of terms of use of cam4, you will see him using marijuana vap on several occasions, lastest incident on 11/6/2018 and acknowledging on public chat that he is getting high.
I was banned but Playguitar cam commit many actions that are IMMEDIATE bans of cam4 terms of use?
If cam4 does not allow me to receive my tokens, i will file a small claims case, as cam4 had no legal reason to ban me, therefor has no right to keep my tokens, according to your terms of use.

I have a complaint about the lengthy complaint letter that was a bigger waste of time than Joan River's last facelift and Bill Gate's 100, 000 chickens donation to Africa. Had I not read the complaint letter out loud using a ridiculous voice to entertain myself, I would have mentally atrophied and started chewing on tin foil and watching dead hair grow as a better alternative. The complaint read more like the life and times of Sybil, the woman with multiple personality disorder, portrayed flawlessly by Academy Award winning actress Sally Fields in the made for TV movie of the same name, which I did not actually see. "Flowers in The Attic" was a lighter read, as was "The Good Earth" by Pearl S. Buck. I almost hope that complaintsboard.com posted the complaint just to provide some entertainment and distraction from the stagnant tedium of certain sites, which shall go unmentioned to save more space for my hilarious, masturbatory purge of the schlock I was just stupid enough to read. Much like the text field in which I write this, those sites are the equivalent of parents removing the batteries from their mentally challenged child's remote control and not telling them about it. I have no doubt his fiance died of Lymphoma, the Non-Hodgkin's kind, in the amount of time it took for him to write that complaint.

il diritto di comunicare è stato privatizzato e l'intera internet è una frode
una soluzione è la burocrazia computerizzata
una altra soluzione è legalizzare la prostituzione contro il racket
