I ordered a graphing calculator from these people in March this year. After numerous phone calls and claims that the item was lost in the mail, they sent me a 'presentation link'instead.
After sending this back on July 8th they now claim I did not return the calculator (I should have sent it recorded but stupidly did not).
They are either totally disorganised or deliberately lying to me.
I have used calculators direct multiple times and found them to be very efficent. The calculator i ordered came in 3 days and whern i called up to ask for further info on the calculator, before buying they were helpful.
