CALCAP Properties / Chelwood Vista Townhomes review: I just wish for the toilet to be fixed and not have to worry about it leaking.

My toilet has been continually leaking in the upstairs restroom since the beginning of October 2022. This issue, which if left unmonitored, will lead to the lower restroom leaking from the ceiling fan into the downstairs restroom. Several calls to management, an email, and several work orders have been placed only to see no actions taken and the issue ongoing. I was informed on two separate occasions my messages were received and would be forwarded to a manager. I believe a month has been ample time for this issue to have been resolved.
