Cafmelo Planter review: I would like a refund of $36.97 and if they want the product back they send me a shipping label.

On 9/30/22 I purchased a Golden Doodle Planter and name plate (Order # 21713 from Cafmelo. (Zhou Kunfeng No 104, 1st Floor Building B, Wanliye Science and Technology Park, Fuhai Street, Baoan District Shenzhen, China 518103). My amount was $36.97 plus $9.95 shipping, total $46.92. I finally received my merchandise on 11/5/22. It has divets in the front board along with staining on the lower legs. I emailed the company and sent them pictures, the offered to refund $8.00, no good. I have been going back and forth with them and now they are saying if I ship it back and they inspect it they may do a full refund. This company is in China, they want me to put insurance on it when I return it. That will be more than I even paid for the merchandise.
