BUYER BEWARE:
Purchased a Shih Tzu puppy from Cae Cobb also known as Kay Cobb & PIP out of Paris Texas; AKC with breeding rights, health warranty including genetic defects. Puppy diagnosed with Stenotic Nares @ 6 months. Sent proof to Cae Cobb from 2 separate Vets & she is totally ignoring me and not backing the health warranty. Because this is genetic the puppy would not be able to be bred, which she knew my intent as I also purchased a female.
Ultimately the puppy died at 6 months due to this defect however although I have proof I can't claim the death against under her warranty because I didn't have a necropsy performed, -I would have had to fly the body back to TX and have performed at a facility there.
Legally, she is responsible for the genetic defect and surgery puppy was going to have that I provided proof of. Ethically she should have taken responsibility for the puppy passing away. Ms Cobb lacks s moral compass and can't be trusted to purchase a puppy from. Has been heartbreaking.

I jist received a dog from jer at a very high cost. Not in great shape. Has a vet appt tm. I can only find this one review. I bought threw pyppyspot and she was the breeder. Lmk if u have any other info on this breeder. The pup sticks and has matted fur. Feel so bad for my pup but I'm going to fix it for her.

I don't know if Cae Cobb is real. December 2021 I received a Pom through Puppspot from Cae Cobb out of Paris Texas. Puppyspot stated the Pom had AKC accreditation. I joined AKC, but was told my dog was neither accredited, nor could be, due to the lack of contact and papers from Cae Cobb. Due to excessive vet bills from the Pom's microvascular displasia (MVD) diagnosis, which is congenital, I too have the same complaint as LadySLBenz. I didn't purchase the pup with the intention to breed, but held out the possibility, until learning about the MVD which is inherited and would be passed on. Therefore, such animals cannot morally be bred. Also, the pup showed up with a serious roundworms infection and and other issues that lasted many months due to being underweight for the medications. I could go on and on, but will spare you the very real drama. My pup is now 3 years old. Original cost was $2,200 plus $900 for shipping. I have since spent that many times over on health bills. In all this time, I have been trying to get the health history of the parents, but Cae Cobb does not respond to me. I requested these records from puppyspot for the records, to which they said that these records are only available from the breeder. No such luck. I live too far away to stop by and request the records in person. I have seen a fb page under Cae Cobb that has a pic of a home that had the same living room couch as was seen in my pup's sales pics, but Cae Cobb does not respond there, not by phone, nor by facebook. I continue to try, because that is all I can do.
