I sent my boyfriend down while I am working from home up on brookins drive to get me a turkey bacon club sandwhich with a pop and 6 donuts. The staff did not give him the sandwhich and only the pop and donuts. 12:00PM time. He was not given a reciept. He bicycled back up here and its not a very short distance.
- He called them when he got back and advised they forgot it. They said to bike back down for a new one.
- He biked back down for it. They instead gave him a chicken wrap. It is very far from what he ordered. 
- This has also happened to me on several occasions when visiting myself.
- I and my bf and other people I have spoke to by word of mouth, are increasingly frustrated with the tim hortons and the staff forgetting items in orders and people have to drive or bike back when they are trying to be on time for work.
- I have a high tolerance for peoples mistakes, but this is far enough for me now that I have to address this.
Desired outcome: It is understandable for a business and staff to forget things once in a while. But this is happens nearly every single time we decide to get anything there. The drive-thru wait times in a vehicle has also been frustrating for a long time.
Tim Hortons - coffee prices
Despite questioning the amount difference in Kensington PEI Tim Hortons compared to Ontario Canada, I was charged 2$ for a medium coffee, when it is listed at 1.79$ for the medium coffee at Tim Hortons franchise.
As a franchise the prices should not change regardless of location, and I am very disappointed that this is the case. I am a Tim Hortons coffee drinker daily and as a shift worker I drink a lot of coffee. Please look into this and I hope to not be due her disappointed by Tim Hortons.
