I am concerned about my current location, property address of 3420 Major Mackenzie unit 20, in Vaughan.
The staff doesn’t seem to want to be helpful and work outside their box, including management.
My biggest concern for today and for the past few years we’ve had a serious issue with marijuana smoking in the underground parking lot with minimal ventilation!
There a groups gathering in cars and smoking up. It ia illegal to smoke indoors., it is also dangerous and illegal to drive shortly after. And this is what has been going on! The fitness centre claims they do not own the building and refuse to take responsibility however the you set ground parking has huge signs with the only writing staying “GoodLife” the public and members are not interested in who owns the building on paper! When a complaint ia made over and over and is completely disregarded it is frustrating! Beyond all else it is unprofessional for the staff to make statements as “it’s useless”, “ they keep coming back and there’s no point to call it inn”
As a side not the bathrooms are filthy and the staff is very lazy.
Desired outcome: I would like the security gaurds back!, it is vital for the staff to make a call to city by law,our city is very good at sending officers and having them come on site asap.
GoodLife Fitness - Individuals using sauna wearing running shoes and gym wear.
I am a regular member at 3420 Major Mackenzie Dr W, 201, Vaughan ON L4H4J6
After my work out I shower and then use the sauna, there are members who right after their workout go into the sauna with in their sweaty clothes and wearing their running shoes, they stink and it’s against the rules.
I have complained to staff there, even to the manager of the gym. These members still continue to break these rules.
Desired outcome: Have the staff and manager address this issue with members and remind them of the rules for the sauna.
