Went into Structure in Oshawa Ontario (Harmony) on October 12 at approx. 5:30pm. 3 employees in store and not 1 acknowledged me.
I worked in retail for years. This is unacceptable. Contemplated a $300 mirror but the lack of customer care was a turn off. Three employees standing behind the counter as customers approach them for assistance is ridiculous. If I can consistently go into a Home Sense and be greeted, Stuctube can.
The store had about 5 customers in at time.
Desired outcome: Doesn't matter, I won't be returning
