I am calling to complain about the service of one individual who claims to be the manager at a money Mart at 5700 Mavis was telling me that I was lying about the verification of the payment that I made, which I showed him the ID, and then proceeded to insult me and then tell me he’s not giving me money, so I think you guys need to come hereand sort out your management because that’s unprofessional and especially when you’re insulting customers that are coming in here and it’s not my first time here. I’ve never had an issue with money Mart but today this individual seems to have a problem I will give you his name. Abdullah Baki
Desired outcome: I would like him to be transferred to any place outside of Mississauga as a professional person in the corporate world myself. I do not believe that any employee or individual should be speaking to another person like that.
