Previously I was a member of GoodLife for a number of years and rejoined last week under a corporate membership with my significant other. Previously, I had purchased a ten pack for hot yoga and I was told they would not expire so I kept the GoodLife tag it was registered on. So I brought it in yesterday to find out how many I had left thinking I would re-start this yoga and then when they are gone would buy another ten pack. The staff member who checked the tag said they expired in Nov or Dec or 2021. This is not acceptable - I paid for these and was told no expiry. It was also deemed unlawful to allow gift cards to expire as you would know and this is a similar situation where money has been loaded to a card. This is not good optics for you and I would like my hot yoga passes returned to me to resolve this issue. If it is not resolved I will no longer purchase these passes and will share this experience corporation wide.
Desired outcome: Return my hot yoga passes to me [protected]@gmail.Com
The Goodlife manager was contacted- by mistake I thought this was the Goodlife email and posted by mistake. He was very responsive and he gave me all 10 hot yoga passes back which was more than I had. Very impressed with the service today.
