I have been to the store twice and numerous emails to the 'customer service' email but I'm either ignored or the emails received do not address the issues I've raised. I'm fed up now.

I have been suffering from stiff and sore hips and lower back pain, to the point I've had to go visit the chiropractor. I started investigating and found that the platform I have received is heaving in the middle so that the middle legs do not touch the ground. For the amount of money spent (March 2019), this is a totally unexpected and sorry state of affairs. Please please please...get someone to respond and address these issues. This is UNACCEPTABLE
