14 people waiting in line at pc express. I have waited hours over 3 visits! This is not a typo. Placed my order 71 hours ago. Previous $400 order was given to a less than $100 customer (pick up a calculator to determine loss) times how many times the ladies answering the phone did that. Why do they still work there? Hire a real manager to lead. Why let employees sabotage pc express. So many comments made about how incompetent they are, especially ladies answering phones. Thousands of dollars lost, many people just going to the other competent stores. Have contacted corporate, they have not fixed the pc slo press problem. I guess no accountability.
