Been a month since I requested for the refund of unused credits. However there is still no update about when would we get our refund back.
There is no direct customer contact number to available to talk to some one about the status of the request.
At the time of enrollment we were told that they will refund any unused credits without any question. But the question not is about after how long forget about asking any question.

Since 2 months, I requested for the refund of unused credits. However there is still no update about when would we get our refund back. Teachers are not coming for class and automatically cancel class form my kids's account. There is no response of my emails from customer service.
