I purchased a scanner and some other items the scanner was not complete so I gave the scanner back I paid $1, 300 dollars towards bill and the tools I have amount to $ 550 snap on says I owe for half the scanner when it does not work for range rover air bags like promised and will not adjust idle on 2002 Honda accord or resest air bag light like I was told I gave it back they say I owe the money still I am a pissed off consumer

I had an account with the local Snap On tool distributor Shaun Null in Killeen/Harker Heights/Temple area. In November, Shaun told me I had inadvertently overpaid my account by $289.00 and 3 payments. I asked Shaun to mail me a check for the overpayment. Shaun asked me to come see him which I did because I believed he wanted to pay me in person. Upon meeting Shaun in November, he told me that their policy does not permit them to return an overpayment. He said I needed to use it as a credit and buy more tools.
