Roth Royale Complaint: Balance Negative

I felt compelled to place a a positive experience to offset negatives. At first, I let these complaints influence me; however, my experience has been quite opposite. I give Roth Royale a 5 star rating. My first order was amazing! When I put them on a necklace it looked so Beautiful. When I wore it the first time, my friend said my necklace was STUNNING…..And it was. I had some problems with my second order where I got sent 4 beads that I did not order. I think they just substituted them with 4 that I had ordered. I was leery, but after talking to Ross at Roth Royale he credited me for those beads promptly. That is such Great Customer Service! They are getting a new shipment of beads in a couple of weeks and I can’t wait to see them and place another order.

Roth Royale Items not as described

On June 5th and June 10th, I placed orders with Roth Royale for "sterling sliver" clips, spacers, and a bracelet. All of these items were described on their webpages as Sterling Silver. Again in the confirmation emails I was sent from Roth Royale, the items were described as Sterling Silver. After one week of wearing the items, the silver coating began to wear off and exposed what looks like copper. I contacted Roth Royale by email and phone asking for a mailing label to return these items to them and total refund of my money. I was told that this is not their normal policy, but that they would send me a label. They never did.

I registered a dispute with my credit card company. The credit card company sent me a letter stating that I had to provide them with a letter from a qualified merchant identifying all of the pieces and verifying that there were not Sterling Sliver.

The merchants I approached would not provide the documentation that the credit card company required. Even though all agreed with me that the items were not Sterling Silver, they had no interest in getting involved in the dispute. My credit card company ended up giving me a partial refund as a courtesy because I have been a good customer with them since 1986.

I have filed a complaint with the Consumer Protection Agency for the State of Georgia, on this site, and I am going to the BBB next. It simply infuriates me that such deceptive business practice is allowed to continue.

I love most of their products. However, they turn green/bronze color. therefore it is not a true advertised product. Giving them as gifts would be very embarrassing. Just own what you sell so ppl know what they are buying. Pretty simple

what a dumb company to have been dissed thus far. So unnecessary if the company was honest!

Roth Royale Order was cancelled without notification

I had not received a confirmation email by the next day, so I logged into my account to see the status of my order. My order had been cancelled without any notification to me. I called customer service and they had no information to give to me regarding what had occurred, nor did they offer or attempt to rectify the situation.

I checked my bank account and saw the transaction to Roth Royale for the amount of the order.

After 3 phone calls and 1 email, I did not have any further information, besides the offer for "someone" to call me back within 3 business days. As this order was a gift, and time sensitive, this was not helpful, or good customer service.

I called my bank to initiate a transaction dispute. The bank let me know that Roth Royale had 3 days to submit final receipt for payment, although the money was already deducted from my account. If Roth Royale did not submit for payment, then the transaction would be removed from my account history and my balance credited the amount.

I too have had problems with Roth Royale. Placed an order for over $410.00 and never received it! I have been going back and forth for 6 months with Customer Service to no avail, and the situation has never been rectified! Terrible! I feel victimized. They have made no attempt to compensate me for my Paypal transaction, nor re-ship the order. They did not insure it, which floors me since it was such a large sum of money! Canada Post says that this order never entered their system. Paypal can't help me because I waited until after 45 days to lodge my complaint with them. I feel I've been robbed of $410.00.

Hello,
This customer actually placed two duplicate orders. As a courtesy we cancelled one of the orders for her. Then when she checked the website for the status, she was checking the order which had been cancelled. The good order was shipped out the very same day. I hope this communication helps.
