I am so mad right now, a couple of days ago I ordered the petzoom pet park from their site, and have been recieving "confirmation" calls every since. All these calls are for "special offers", like buying into a dicount program, and other nonsense. Never again will I order from a site like this, from now on I will stick with amazon or e-bay where my number isn't given out like a free newspaper.

These companies need to know that we value our time, if we want discount programs we would search them and buy them, I don't want calls waking me up in the morning, and disturbing my dinner or movie times.

My advise is if you want one of these pet parks order it elsewhere and NOT on their site..if you do be prepared for a massive amount of confirmation calls to come in!

I had a couple problems with these people too. I ordered one and used my wifes debit card. When I submitted the order, the site crashed on me. My wife checked her bank statement and it didn't show up. We tried again and same thing happened. We figured it just wasn't worth the hassle and gave up. A few days later we get a call confirming the order. We confirmed and double checked it only went through once. Woman on the phone said to expect delivery within a week. 2 months later we get another confirmation call. Another week goes by, still no pet pad. At this point, I am livid. No charges to the account so far. Finally I call to ask what the heck was going on, the woman on the phone gives me a number to call for the shipping department. I call them, the man there gives me a number to call consumer affairs or something of the sort. So I call them... And yet another number. Finally, I get on with someone who is able to help me. I give them my confirmation number... My order is nowhere to be found. After making 2 more phone calls to 2 different numbers and finally speak to a representative with one of their distributors. Finally find my order, confirm yet again. Alas, 3 weeks go by and STILL NO ORDER! I finally call and cancel, so pissed off at the amount of time I've had to wait, they tellme my order has shipped already and if I wanted my money back, I'd have to refuse shipping, wait for UPS to come back and get it and pay for return shipping. I promptly told them to fu(k off and to make sure my order finally got to me.

Sure enough, a week later I get my pet pad and still have it. It's very handy on rainy days and during the winter. When it comes time to replace it, I will spend the extra $15 with the As Seen On TV brand rather than go through this again.

Same thing happened to me, only they also charged me for 2 of them when I kept telling the computer just one, and they also added this stupid nail clipper for 7.95. I cancelled my charge card right away as I have no idea who is going to charge me money for crap I did not sign up for. They are a scam and these company's won't stop calling me
