l used www.buytome.com to order items as handbags and accessories for myself, l ordered many items but the supplies in website keep them in warehouse because l cant shipment all because expensive and they use Aramex for shipment . l shipment from them twice by Aramex and l paid by PayPal but in that twice shipment l had with them problems even damaged items or lose and put weight not same which l paid for it, after l had a problem in my PayPal account because l had a scam process and l used www.cashu.com for pay for my items, l paid for my items and they keep them in them warehouse, in [protected] l paid for shipment 48475g inside china from Shanghai to Shenzhen but the supplier late too much to shipment after he told me there are lost items and damaged they will shipment the parcel as three parcel after l ask his about lost items and damaged to tell me and should l cancel them because l paid shipment for something lost but he didn’t reply and ignored me after he told me the first parcel should be arrive in Shenzhen and l asked my friend but she didn’t received after l asked supplier many times about my package but he ignored me and didn’t reply didn’t now l didn’t know where is my first parcel and he didn’t shipment the other parcel also l paid for shipment my parcel $155.247, also l still have 72552g items in his warehouse . when l check my account in the website my blance was $4.701 but became $-144.599 l asked them many times about that but ignored me every day l sending massages or email and l used all ways to make them reply l used nice style and a threat by law and bad style to make them replay but still ignored me and when l called them they close the phone, my friend asked the supplier about parcel but he told her the parcel sent to wrong address and he can’t return and decline talk to her, and l leave three person called supplier but he shout to them and said will not give me anything no refund and no shipment my items and also decline explain for me what’s the problem with me balance and why taken my money, when l tried to talk to customer service they also ignored me, l used all the way to refund my money or ship my items also l tried to paid that’s money in my balance just to ship other items but they refund the money the my account in cashu and removed PayPal as way to pay and cashu and just leave western, now ic3 it’s my solution to solve my problem and refund my money and stop scam that’s website please help me and refund my money l paid too much money to the website and l read reviews people about it many people had some my problem with them, every day l send emails or massages but they still ignore me .

The exact same thing has been happening to me. I can't get a refund for an item I cancelled prior to full processing. I paid a substantial amount for it. For the last 10 months this site's "customer service has been ignoring me even though I was initially very polite about it and tried contacting them in multiple ways.
