This morning I found out that you guys charged me $69 and some change and that you double charged me the $1 and now it's caused my account to be frozen all I was doing was trying this account to see what it was about and now everything is jacked up I want to cancel it and get my money back cuz my account now is $41 and some change in the red and I'm very disappointed

I tried canceling subscription because they charged my credit card $69.99. Couldn’t find the subscription in my phone so tried googling and called to cancel. They couldn’t find my account, how convenient, then asked for my card info so they could locate my account. I felt they should be able to locate my information with the required verification information which is my name, number and email still couldn’t find my account. What options are there to cancel this mess so they can stop charging my card

This company keeps taking money out of my debit card account that is locked! I did not authorize this transaction nor do i know how they are able to get my information or able to just take money that is not theirs! I live on my ssi check so i have a fixed income, and yet they managed to take $70 well 69.99 or whatever it was out for something that i did not purchase! Its not in any of my subscription or purchase history for the last 2 months so i dont have any idea what this is about but i want my money back!
Desired outcome: I would like my money back, i can barely afford to make it through a month with what i get, last thing i need is this one or that one taking money for something un beneficial to me!!!!
