On 10/9/06, I purchased a 3 month subscription for the website www.butchfemmematchmaker.com. The payment was processed through their payment processing company, www.2co.com. On 10/10/06, I was still not able to access the members only benefits the subscription paid for, so I contacted the payment processing company. They replied, stating they would contact the website and inform them of the problem. I had not heard back from either company on 10/11/06, so I contacted butchfemmematchmaker.com and notified them of the problem. They replied, stating that the problem might have been changes I made in my profile. I replied, stating my billing history on their site showed no payments made, which had nothing to do with changes in my profile. I received no response, and no update to my account was made. On 10/13/06, I contacted butchfemmematchmaker.com once again, and received no response. On 10/16/06, I contacted www.2co.com, and informed them of the lack of response from butchfemmematchmaker.com. They advised me to contact the website again, and if no response within 24 hours, they would cancel the request and issue a refund. I contacted butchfemmematchmaker.com on 10/17/06, and received no response. I contacted www.2co.com one last time on 10/19/06, and asked them to issue my refund. To this date, I have still not received any response from butchfemmematchmaker.com regarding the payment issue.
I have been a pay member of butchfemmematchmaker.com twice and have always had excellent service and interaction with the people that run the site.
Do not use 2CO to process your payment; they refund payments without ascertaining if the item was shipped or not, horrible customer service that tell lies and false statements are made about refunds being made, but actually wasn't.

I have had a rather short email from someone at FX source on behalf of 2CO.com this morning. (14th august) however, it seems to state that a MR John Traviilian is going to investigate, how he can get me the account information so I can apply for a refund? This doesn't make much sense, as I was told the refund had already been issued, and surely it isn't down to me to make the refund it is up to them, as you have already instructed them to do so. This seems to be getting more and more complicated!

I signed up for my third or fourth membership with BFMM in August of this year. I have the transaction on my bank statement, but have not been given membership access. I have sent in four "tickets" which have been completely ignored. I just want to be able to use my account. Nobody has respoded to any of my emails and I don't know how else to contact BFMM. Could someone please help me?
