Budget Car Rental San Juan Puerto Rico Luis Munoz Marin. review: Rental car

On 3/5/22 I rented a vehicle rental agreement [protected] to be returned on 3/12/22. The vehicle has shown sensors light on and bad tires, and stalls when going up hills. I have attempted to contact the san juan airport budget for an exchange but no one can be reached. So I contacted usa budget rental head quarters, and they gave me a case number [protected]. Budget car rental complaint # [protected], they gave me the number to budget in ponce puerto rico because it was closest to me. I called them they scheduled for me to go on 3/8/22 for an exhchange of vehicle the man I spoke to at the counter by phone his name is rey velez at the ponce pr budget. When I got there first thing in the morning they informed me they could not give me another vehicle. They asked me to call roadside assistance which I did but they too told me they could not help me. The budget car rental in ponce gave me the pep boys car center to go take the car there and at least get the tire fixed. I took the car there and they checked the car and found a faulty tire along with faulty senson on daylight in the front of the car. They were able to get a new tire on the car. But could not fix or replace the daylight because the daylightbulb casing they said was no good and humidity and water gets in and keeps fusing the buld out. Therefore, they were going to report it to budget car rental, as far as the engine not running well and wanting to shut off going up a hill they could not check. I attempted to call budget in san juan and again no one answered. I called the usa budget central head quarters and they explained to me that they would give me a refund for the days I was not able to use the car correctly and so on. They said they would call me. I never received the call back. I have used the car locally without being able to use the car as I wanted too. I feel like budget car rental gave me a vehicle that they did not check and made the necessary repairs prior to renting this car out. I am very dissappointed and upset about this. To top it all I was stopped by a police checkpoint in coamo puerto rico as they were checking cars, and told me the daylight bulb was out and I needed to have that fixed. He was nice and let me go. I am so embarrassed and upset and dissappointed about this. No one from budget car rental calls me to resolve these issues.
