Budco Financial and Nissan Security Plus review: extended vehicle service warranty

I Purchased an extended Service Warranty from Nissan North America that was financed through Budco Financial

It was to start when car reached 36, 000 miles. The car was traded in at 34, 000 miles and the warranty was never used. I made 2 payments and tried to obtain a refund. My dealer was sure I could.
I cancelled the warranty and despite dozens of phone calls and cancellations requests I can't get the contract cancelled nor a refund. Each points the finger at the other. This is absurd, frustrating and I intend to file complaints everywhere i can. Nobody should ever do business with Budco nor buy any extended warranty unless it is at the time of original purchase with Nissan.
