Buccaneer Estates review: Management refuses to accept rent payment

I'm James Stevens. I reside at unit 124 in buccaneer estates. Since Oct 4 I have been in personal contact with the manager here and been met with extremely rude responses. On Oct4 I requested to be removed from auto pay for my rent as I told her there were no funds to cover the withdrawal. She refused to do so.

I asked for a signed statement that I had attempted to do so. She wrote up the statement and then refused to give it to me. I did manage to get it done through the bank. Promptly on the 6th, I went in to pay said payment. She refused to run my credit card. She stated that I needed to pay by certified check. As I hadn't received my statement in the mail, on Oct 9 I went to her with two $1000 certified checks to pay rent for Oct and Nov. She refused the $2000 stating I wasn't a resident here. I have lived here since March 2009. I am a resident who has paid over $100,000 in rent on time every month. My home is severely damaged and my life is in turmoil. She has placed a notice to vacate in 5 days on my door. I am scheduled to move Dec 31. I have never been treated this rudely by any landlord or any other merchant for that matter. I have left messages with the Chicago and Tampa office and got no response. Please address this problem and let me know [protected]
