On Friday September 30th we visited Buca di Beppo Maple Grove, because we really love Buca food, the last two times we were there the service was really poor. We were there a month ago we didn't like the service but we decided to go back because we like the food, but this time we had a really bad experience. We got there, we waited like 20 minutes untill they finally sat us, we still waited about 20 minutes untill the server finally came, then we ordered our drinks, then we waited almost like another 20 minutes to get our drinks we placed our order, after we got our food my son ordered a kid Chicken Parm. and he didn't like it so he decided to get a Mac & Cheese instead we told our server right away, she told us that she was going to order that for us and never brought it out, we waited and waited my son was crying because he was hungry and was the only one with no food. Another server walked by and we told her we needed to speak to with the maneger. A tall man named David came out with a really STRONG voice and we explained our situation he told us that the kitchen was really busy and that he would bring it to us and he never came back either. Finally our server came back and brought our bill we payed when we were leaving we saw David in the hallway arguing and yelling to a server named A.J. I belive. What kind of a maneger do you guys have tha was unprofessional. We really love the food but the service was horrible, we don't want anything for free from you guys. I just want to let you know what kind of poor service we recieved.

    We were at the Buca Di Beppo on harbor blvd in Anaheim. It was a party of 6, 3 adults 3 children. We all placed our order. The food came quickly for the kids, which was good. About 10 minutes after that, 2 other meals were served. This was about 12:30 PM now, and we arrived at 11:30. Everyone had there food except me. I ordered the Lasagna. Everyone is now almost done eating, and I still didn't have my Lasagna. At this point we were upset, and we were told that they don't start cooking the Lasagna until 12:00 noon??? We said it's now 12:30! We also said that you should have told us this when we ordered!!! All he could say is he's sorry... Well sorry wasn't cutting it, we asked for a manager. He came over to our table and he too said he was sorry, and that they got a late start on making the Lasagna. He then walked away. We said just pack up the food so we can take it with us, because we had to go. We told the waiter that we want to be compensated in some way, then the manager came back and said he was taking it off the bill. The waiter at two other tables he was waiting on, all I could hear from him at each table "I'm so sorry" . Something was up with the staff that day, and this all should have been brought to our attention when we ordered. I wasn't able to eat my meal till 3:00 PM yesterday!

    My husband and I had lunch at Buca Di Beppo on westlake ave Seattle
    We have eaten there a few times and always had good service and great meal. This time not so great. Our server was super slow with water drinks and Food we ordered. We had the proschito stuffed chicken with no prochito in the chicken we did notknow that it was ala carte so we orded spaghetti with no sauce because we thought there would be sauce with the chicken so we basically had no sauce we also had the calarmi that was very good
    We also ordered the mini meatballs appetizer to take home should of had bread with i but when we got home to make sandwiches there was no bread
    we are very unhappy with this service. I called and spoke to a manager but said she was sorry. We did not want a free meal but for $105.00
    you would think this would be better
    Also we were there around 2:00 pm and we were there for lunch and not dinner. did not know till I got home and on the computer that there was a lunch menu that was less expensive and also smallers servings That would of been nice to know.
