Hello, my name is Gloria Iracheta, and I live in Houston. On 4/18/2023, my husband was diagnosed with Dementia. I spoke with the Director in charge at my job and decided to take advantage of the Family Medical Leave Act since I was still employed. As a result, I stopped working on 4/19/2023. My employer instructed me to call Broadspire, which I did on 4/18/23, to gather the necessary information for my leave of absence to care for my husband.

However, it wasn't until 4/27/23 that the Leave Specialist, Clarice Roa, contacted me due to the pressure received from Aldine Benefits. Aldine needed to know whether Broadspire would approve my leave or not. I even left a message for Clarice's manager, Mr. Salvatori, at [protected] ext.1247, but I never received a call back from him. Finally, on 5/25/23, Guerda Dorsainvil called and informed me that Clarice Roa was no longer my specialist and that she would take over. However, I found out later that Guerda had also been on leave.

As of today, I am still waiting to hear from Guerda. I need to know about my pay.

Desired outcome: I would like a repond,
